Mobile computers are mission-critical. When a device is out of service, so is the person using it. Urovo Premier Care is a locally delivered service program that maximises device availability and makes the cost of ownership predictable over the life of a deployment.
Premier Care adds priority turnaround and accidental damage cover to the standard warranty. Premier Care Plus goes further, with next-business-day advance exchange from a local pool, device commissioning, accessory cover and battery refresh options, so a fleet stays productive from rollout to retirement.
